Step 1: Get In Touch

Fill out our Contact Form and let us know specifically what you need and what you want us to do.

Step 2: Ship Items

Choose the best looking items and pack them carefully, making sure to avoid any scratches or dents. We recommend having insurance and tracking number for your items when shipping.

While we wait for the arrival of your items, please email us and let us know how you want your products to be shot. The best to do this is to set your items individually on a desk and take a cellphone photo. That way we know the positioning of the products and what to include in the shot. Please note that having clear and concise instruction notes will allow you to have reshoot at no cost. Please refer to our Terms and Conditions for more information.

We will notify you once we have received your items. If damages occurred during shipping, we will inform you at this time.

Step 3: Payment

Once we confirmed shooting details, we will send you the invoice. We accept all major credit cards and PayPal.

Step 4: Creating Magic

We will choose the best angle of view for your products, unless you provided a specific view for each item in your instruction notes.

We use high capabilities camera equipment and lighting to capture the best picture of the product.

Step 5: Previewing Images

After the photos are done, we will send you a link to view and download the photos.

Your Hi-Resolution photos will be sent to you via email or dropbox.

Step 6: Return Items

Once the project is complete, at your request, we will carefully pack your items in the original box and ship it to you. Shipping fees can be included in your invoice if you did not provide a prepaid shipping label in your shipment.
